To this end, it will process the information indicated above, as well as that which may have been generated internally as a result of the provision of its services. |

To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The Data Controller may communicate your personal data to Public Bodies and Administrations, only when it is necessary for the fulfillment of the applicable legal obligations. It may also communicate your data to subsidiaries for internal administrative purposes.
In addition, and only if you give us your consent to do so, we may disclose your personal data as detailed in section “For what purpose and on what legitimate basis do we process your personal data?“to companies in the insurance, banking, automotive, energy or retail sectors so that they can offer you their products or services, depending on the specific consent you have given us in each case.
In addition, the Controller collaborates with certain third party service providers who process your personal data on its behalf, such as:
- Service providers to deliver, run and support our IT infrastructure

The Controller follows strict criteria for the selection of service providers in order to comply with its data protection obligations, and formalizes with them the corresponding Processing Assignment Agreement, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. Under no circumstances do these suppliers subcontract services that
share any processing of personal data by third parties without the prior authorization of the Controller.

Are there any international data transfers?
The Data Controller does not carry out international transfers of data to third countries in the context of the data processing described in this policy.

How long will we keep your personal data?
The period of conservation of your personal data will be determined according to the duration of your relationship with CAFLER and the periods established by law. In this regard, the criteria that CAFLER uses to set the retention periods for your personal data have been determined in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable legislation, regulations and policy guidelines, as well as the operational requirements of CAFLER s operational requirements related to the correct management of the existing relationship with the different categories of interested parties.
In this sense, your personal data will be kept as long as you do not revoke the consent given or maintain any business or contractual relationship with CAFLER.
Once the same has been completed, your personal data will be deleted as soon as all the necessary actions have been carried out to manage and terminate any remaining obligations between the parties, carrying out all the necessary administrative steps during this period, except in those cases in which the processing of personal data is covered by legitimate interest or consent given, whose data will be processed until the user opposes the processing (unless compelling legitimate interests prevail on the part of the Controller) or withdraws his or her consent.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, your personal data will be kept duly blocked, as long as liabilities may arise from the execution of our contractual or pre-contractual relationship, as well as for the fulfillment of other legal obligations of CAFLER. CAFLER.
In this regard, CAFLER guarantees that it will not process personal data unless it is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims or when it is required to provide the same to the Public Administration, Judges and Courts during the period of limitation of their legal rights or obligations.
