- How does Cafler work?
Through our platform, you can easily and quickly book the service you need. Simply select the type of service, provide the pick-up address, choose the date and time, and one of our drivers will pick up your vehicle and perform the requested service.
Once the service is completed, we will deliver your vehicle to the address you provided.
From the platform, you can always see the status and real-time location of your vehicle, download a service summary with photos of the vehicle at pick-up and delivery, access your service history, and generate service delivery notes.
- How do I register on the platform?
To register, contact us at sales.uk@cafler.com. We will ask for your company details and create an account for you. We will then provide you with a username and password so you can start using the platform.
- How can I request a service as a customer?
If you are already a Cafler customer, log in to Cafler with your credentials. Once inside, select the service you want and complete the form with the required details: pick-up location, date and time, vehicle information, and contact details.
After completing the form, review the information and confirm the service. Once confirmed, you will be able to check the details and track your vehicle in real time from the platform.
- Who is this software designed for?
Cafler is ideal for any company that manages vehicles, including workshops, dealerships, automotive service providers, rental companies, leasing firms, car sales companies, fleet operators, and large companies with their own vehicles.

- Is there a free trial?
Yes, our platform is currently free to use during the initial phase.
- How is payment made?
Payments are made monthly via SEPA or bank transfer. Soon, we will also accept credit card payments.
- Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

- How can I contact technical support?
You can email us at support@cafler.com or call us between 9:00 and 18:00. If you prefer email, we will reply within 24 hours.
- Are there tutorials or guides to learn how to use the platform?
Yes, we offer guides and video tutorials for each section of the platform, as well as for service requests.
- Do you offer assistance for initial setup?
Absolutely. If you need personalized assistance, contact us at sales.uk@cafler.com and we’ll help you configure your account according to your needs.

- How does Cafler protect my data and my customers’ data?
We comply with all data protection regulations, such as GDPR. Your data is completely secure with us.
- Is the financial information I enter safe?

Billing & Payments
- How can I view my invoices?
You can access your invoices in the billing section on the platform. There, you can view your payments and download invoices.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept SEPA and bank transfers. Credit card payments will be available soon.
- What if I have an issue with a payment?
If you experience any issues, contact our billing team at invoicespain@cafler.com and we will help you resolve it.
- Do you offer refunds for cancellations?
Refunds depend on the reason for the cancellation. Please contact our team for more information.
- How can I update my billing details?
To update your billing information, send the new details to invoicespain@cafler.com.
Updates
- How can I stay informed about new features?
We will notify you of new features by email. You will also see a “NEW” label within the relevant section of the platform.
- Do you offer training on new features?
Yes, we offer guides and video tutorials. For personalized training, contact sales.uk@cafler.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Services
- Can I make a booking by phone?
All service bookings must be made through our website.
If you have questions or issues when booking, contact our Customer Service department at support@cafler.com or call +34 900 649 071.
- When can I request a service?
You can request a service from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 18:00, with at least 2 hours’ notice before the pick-up time.
If you need special scheduling or have questions, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
- How far in advance can I book a service?
You can book any service up to two hours in advance — the minimum time we need to process the booking and organize our drivers.
- Can I modify a service I already requested?
If you need to modify your service details, email us at support@cafler.com or call +34 900 649 071, and we will update the booking for you.
- What types of vehicles do you accept?
Cafler accepts any type of vehicle up to 3,500 kg GVW.

- What are the requirements to request a service with Cafler?
Your vehicle must meet the following requirements:

Valid registration certificate and technical documentation

Active insurance policy

Fuel level above reserve
If these requirements are not met, the service will be automatically cancelled.
If your vehicle does not currently have active insurance, we offer temporary per-day insurance through our platform, valid only during the service.

- Is it safe to use Cafler’s services?
Yes. We have our own team of certified and fully identified professional drivers, each with more than 10 years of experience and a rigorous selection process. This ensures a secure, high-quality service.
Your data is also fully protected, so booking through our platform is completely safe.
- Why do you require vehicle information?
We require this information so the driver can correctly identify the vehicle and for legal and civil liability reasons, which allow us to compensate you in the event of any damage.
- How does vehicle pick-up, delivery and key handling work?
A Cafler professional driver will pick up your vehicle at the address indicated in your booking form, within a 15-minute window of the scheduled time.
You can identify the driver by their uniform and ID badge with their name and the Cafler logo. They will request your keys to perform the service.
The driver will also personally deliver your vehicle at the end of the service, at the location specified in the booking.
- What is the cost of a Cafler service?
We work hard to offer competitive pricing.
For point-to-point movement services, the price is dynamic based on the distance travelled. For services involving additional tasks beyond movement, prices are fixed regardless of the distance.
You can check the service price directly on our platform. All prices are in euros, and the service summary includes a breakdown of the service cost and corresponding VAT.

You can track your booked service from our platform under My Services → View details.
