You will need to log in to the Cafler Drivers app using your email and password.From this app, you can plan your daily and upcoming services, complete services with detailed instructions, access your service history, and get in touch with Cafler as well as access useful resources to support your daily tasks.

How does the Cafler Driver app work?

Login: Access the app with your email and password. Services: Review the list of available services, check the details before accepting one, and start the service from the app as you head to the pick-up location. Pick-up protocol: Upon arrival, complete the protocol, which includes documentation, photos, fuel level, mileage, tire condition, and getting the customer’s signature. Service execution: Carry out the assigned service, such as transporting the vehicle or taking it for maintenance. Delivery protocol: Perform a similar protocol at the drop-off location. Expenses and management: Record expenses during the service and manage your history and personal information from the app.

What are the minimum requirements to drive?

To be able to drive a vehicle, it must meet the following minimum requirements: Valid registration documents and technical data sheet Active insurance policy Fuel level not on reserve If a vehicle does not meet any of these requirements, the service cannot be completed.You must contact the support team at soporte@cafler.com or by calling +34 900 649 071.

Do I need to carry any type of identification?

Yes, you must carry at all times an ID badge that certifies you are a Cafler driver; otherwise, you will not be able to perform any services.
